I am very disappointed to have received this message that my product was delivered (2) items and I have NOT received them but I'm being asked to rate the product. Please reach out to me to find out how this can be rectified. Just not excited about the fact that I spent money with you and don't have product.

I never received my order

I was charged for my order on 6/2/26 through the Shop
App and I never received the product. It’s still pending a label creation. I emailed Egashi on multiple occasions with no response.

The Perfect Everyday Fragrance

Noor Eau de Parfum is absolutely amazing! It smells wonderful and lasts all day. I originally purchased it at Black on the Block in TX and was so upset when it ran out please keep this in stock because we love it! I actually bought it for my husband, and every time he wears it, he gets nonstop compliments. Such a beautiful scent definitely a favorite in our household!
